Session Options & Fees

We welcome individuals from all walks of life to our classes.

Our sessions last 60 minutes and are flexible to accommodate your schedule. Whether you prefer one-on-one, family sessions, or small group settings (up to 5 people), we can work with you to tailor your experience.

We can also arrange to meet at a location that suits your needs, subject to specific conditions.

Individual sessions are $50, and a series of four sessions costs $150. All fees collected go directly towards charitable causes, so you can feel good about supporting a worthy cause while investing in your own growth.
